Integration
Using a standard SQL database structure, myshowguide.com can be mated to your existing software for sales force and web site integration. Integration of the myshowguide SQL database with your existing database provides real time web publishing of the exhibitor info (additional fees required for SFA/SQL integration).

Global
As an ASP-deployed solution, all software resides on our server, and may be accessed globally using any PC with a web-connection and Internet Explorer browser.

Control Panel Administration
The system allows you to confirm the response status of any exhibitor in real time; edit and approve their submissions online, and monitor the overall event response rate in real time.

Security
Using embedded passwords and unique, system-generated URL’s, each exhibitor is provided with a private web page for submitting data. Each unique web page may be locked out following a successful submission, preventing future editing (revision control).
