1. Define a new event
Setting up a new event is simple! You'll need to have a few items to get started, such as: event name and date, cutoff date for submitting information, the official event logo, some reminder email text, etc.

The Event Setup Wizard will ask you if you want to populate some of the setup fields and messages with example text that has proven to be very successful for past event producers. All of this sample text is easily edited or deleted, and it clearly shows how many of the site features can be used.

2. Upload exhibitor list
Browse your local drive and upload a CSV (Excel) file with your current exhibitor list (faster than entering them one at a time).

3. Create product categories
Define industry-specific product categories and sub-categories, such as: Hardware, Software, Computer Monitor, Financial Software, etc. Exhibitors will be able to choose which categories they want to be listed under in the show guide.

4. Create demographic survey
Ask your exhibitor what job titles and primary business types they want to see at the show…great for audience alignment of your marketing efforts

5. Schedule email reminders
Create a series of increasingly urgent email reminders, and send them to all exhibitors who have not yet submitted their information.

6. Capture data
Watch while your exhibitors do all the work!

7. Export Data for Web
Export the information for your webmaster in CSV and text formats. Export as often as needed.

8. Export Data for Show Guide
Export the exhibitor information in time to design and print the show guide.

9. Enterprise integration
Optional Customized deployment: host the application on your server, and integrate it with your existing show website or event management software.
